The youtaya Platform is strictly intended for individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by Philippine law governing online gaming. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a person under 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.

youtaya takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Our age verification procedures are designed to prevent access by individuals under 21. Any account found to belong to a person under the minimum age will be immediately suspended and all funds returned to the payment source.
