Your registered name must exactly match the name on your government-issued ID and your payment method (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank account). Mismatches may delay or prevent withdrawal processing.
youtaya accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, PayMaya, BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands), BDO (Banco de Oro), and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). youtaya does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may impose its own fees.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account tier. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours for standard members, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements. Gold and Diamond Loyalty tier members receive priority processing within thirty (30) minutes. youtaya reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the member's most recent deposit, as a fraud prevention measure.
youtaya is obligated to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and all related AMLC regulations. youtaya reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities and to freeze or close accounts where money laundering or other financial crimes are suspected.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by youtaya are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

The youtaya Loyalty Program operates under its own set of terms and conditions, available on the Loyalty Program page. Loyalty points are non-transferable, have no cash value outside the Platform, and may be forfeited upon account closure or suspension.
All games on the youtaya Platform that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited for fairness and statistical randomness. youtaya's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
youtaya does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
youtaya collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You may close your account at any time by contacting youtaya support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
